Welcome to my home. I hope to see you here.

Community is not an ideal; it is people. It is you and I. In community we are called to love people just as they are with their wounds and their gifts, not as we want them to be.
— JEAN VANIER

Anxiety. Financial Uncertainty. Medical fears. More time at home and outside of your normal routine.

Today we are all faced with uncertainty about this unprecedented pandemic. I am here to assure you that you can continue to receive the same quality of mental health care through telehealth therapy. In challenging times we often crave the opportunity to come together as a community, so social distancing may bring about a new form of anxiety. While the increased isolation may add to feelings of discomfort, please know that I am navigating this difficult terrain with you and am here to support you while protecting ourselves and all of our loved ones.

What is web therapy? Web therapy, web counseling, virtual counseling, Telehealth counseling and the other names out there all mean the same thing: A way that I can provide you with counseling services through a secure video chat platform. My online platform, SimplePractice, is HIPAA compliant, so that I can ethically conduct live virtual sessions with clients. All you need to join your web therapy session is an appointment with me, a secure Internet connection and the individualized link provided to you through your client portal account.

What are the fees for telehealth? The good news is the fees do not change for virtual therapy! I still offer my free 30 minute consultations via the web! For my fee structure visit the FAQ page. **Dealing with financial insecurity due to the COVID-19 Pandemic? Contact me about reduced rate or sliding scale payment options.

How do I schedule a web therapy appointment? The same way that you schedule an in person appointment, through the client portal. Please click the button below:

*Web therapy is an option for all residents of Texas.
