FAQ

Have have questions about the COVID-19 and therapy?

Do you take insurance?

Although I do not take direct payment from insurance, and am considered an out of network provider, I do understand why clients want to use insurance. Therefore, I do take HSA/FSA debit cards through the Simple Practice client portal. I will also provide you with a form called a Superbill at the end of the month that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. My goal is to provide you with the best service possible, and with insurance oversight I am not always able to do that. Staying out of network is just one way I am able to continue to provide therapy tailored to fit your exact needs.

How long is a session?

Typically, 50 minutes for a therapy session. I may recommend shorter or longer sessions based on the treatment type (individual, couples, family) and the exact needs of each client. Sessions for couples start at 60 minutes.

What are your fees?

I offer a free initial consultation. This meeting can be done in my office, on the phone or via video chat through the HIPAA compliant Simple Practice portal. My rate is $175 for the 60 minute sessions and $150 for 50 minute sessions.

Please contact me directly for further information on my fee structure.
